These terms govern your use of the website and services of Sonoran Glow Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an inquiry or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and submitting our inquiry form, you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from Sonoran Glow Studio related to your inquiry and our wedding photography and videography services. Types of messages you may receive include:

• Availability and pricing confirmations
• Booking and deposit confirmations
• Payment-plan reminders and balance updates
• Scheduling, timeline, and day-of coordination reminders
• Gallery and film delivery notifications
• Follow-up replies to your questions and inquiries

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. You may still receive a single final confirmation of your opt-out request. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to communicate with us by email or phone, and you may resubscribe by initiating a new inquiry.

Bookings & Deposits

A $99 deposit reserves your 2026–2027 wedding date. The remaining balance is covered by a personalized payment plan. Pay in full and travel fees are waived.

Deliverables

Edited photos, highlight films, and galleries are delivered per your selected package. Turnaround times will be confirmed at booking. RAW files are included only in The Full Sonoran (10 hrs).

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation and rescheduling details are outlined in your contract, available on request.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Links to these terms and our Privacy Policy appear in the footer of every page on our website.
